All services provided by Finest Copywriting are delivered entirely in digital format. No physical goods are manufactured, shipped, or delivered at any point during our engagement. This is a fundamental aspect of our service model and applies to all plans and individual service purchases.
Copy deliverables are provided via shared Google Docs with full commenting and suggestion capabilities. Brand messaging frameworks and strategy documents are delivered via Notion workspace with interactive elements. Final compiled assets (formatted copy files, PDF brand guides) are organised in a shared Google Drive folder with clear naming conventions. All deliverables include implementation notes for your designer, developer, or marketing team.
Compose plan: approximately 8 business days from project kickoff. Orchestrate plan: approximately 21 business days from project kickoff. Masterwork plan: approximately 6 weeks from project kickoff. Individual services: timelines specified on each service page. The Rush Delivery add-on reduces all timelines by approximately 50%. All timelines begin after receipt of completed project brief and any required client materials.
You have 7 business days after delivery to review all deliverables and request revisions within your included revision rounds. If we receive no response within 14 calendar days of delivery, the work is considered accepted and the project is closed. Extensions to the review period are available upon request.
